Understanding the icons

The following table describes the icons that appear in various Kronodoc views.

Folder and document icons
Icon Name Action

Indicates an open folder. The folder may contain properties, documents, and comments.

None

Document icon

None

Locked (key) button. Shown in the document summary if the current user can unlocked it.

Click to unlock the document.

Locked (lock) button. Shown in the document summary if another user has locked the document.

Hover the pointer over the icon to see who has locked the document and when. Click to send an email to the person who locked the document.

Subscription active icon. Visible in the folder and document properties and What's new report you have subscribed to.

Frozen folder or document

None

Shows the life cycle status of the document in the What's New list

None

Appears in the What's New list when a new file has been created

None

Appears in the What's New list when a new document has been created

None

Appears in the What's New list when a new folder has been created

None

Appears in the What's new list when  a comment has been added

None

Appears in the What's new list when a URL has been added

None

Other icons
Icon Name Action

Indicates that an item (workspace, document, or folder) is frozen and cannot be edited.

None

Indicates that the workspace or document list is sorted in ascending order on the adjacent column name.

None

Indicates that the workspace or document list is sorted in descending order on the adjacent column name.

None

Option selected icon. Shown in access control profiles. Indicates access rights for a user group.
